Our new programme will  start on Monday 2nd October and is an 8 week course. We meet at Braunstone Leisure Centre each Monday and New Parks Cycle Circuit on Thursdays starting from 6:45 PM.

Couch 2 5k is led by a fully qualified and experienced England Athletics Run Leaders so you know you are in safe hands.

The cost of the programme is £10.

There are no previous requirements to join and there is no prescribed schedule of progress. You will be supported to develop at your own pace in a safe, friendly and encouraging environment. You will have the ability to ask any questions through the communication method of your choice.

You will also be given advice and recommendations on how to continue your progress outside of the two sessions you will attend if you so wish.

Spaces are typically limited and first-come, first-serve.
